-How did you get started with your art? -Ever since I was little, I was always attracted to art. My earliest memories are of drawing and painting on any surface I could find. Over time, I started experimenting with different mediums and techniques, which turned that passion into a serious career. The combination of my love for art and sports led me to specialize in painting elements of sportswear and accessories, which ultimately opened many doors for me in the world of art and sports.

-What motivates you the most on the job? -What motivates me most is the possibility of telling a story through my art. Each project is an opportunity to capture emotions, historical moments, and the essence of what sport represents to athletes and fans. Seeing people's reactions and how they connect with my work is a constant source of inspiration and motivation. -What is the intersection of art and sports that inspires you the most? -The intersection of art and sports that inspires me the most is how both can capture the human spirit. Sports have a unique power to bring people together, and art has the ability to express and preserve those meaningful moments. It inspires me to see how athletes overcome challenges and how those moments of triumph and struggle can be immortalized through art. For me, sport means possibility, the possibility to fulfill the dreams of thousands of children. It is unity because it unites entire communities, and it is feeling because it generates an indescribable passion. As an artist, being able to capture that in my work is the challenge and the excitement at the same time. -What does it require to bring a logo like this on a canvas? -Bringing a logo like AmeriCup's to life on a canvas requires a combination of precision and creativity. First, it is essential to understand the meaning and key elements of the logo. The design must then be meticulously planned to ensure that every detail is faithful to the original. The process involves choosing the right colors, working on proportions, and using painting techniques that highlight the essence of the logo. Patience and attention to detail were essential to achieve a final result that is representative of the event logo.

-What was your favorite part of the AmeriCup logo? -My favorite part of the AmeriCup logo was the opportunity to work on this beautiful project with a talented team, connecting with the paint, with the vibrant colors and dynamic shapes that symbolize the energy and passion of basketball in the Americas. Every sketch and every brushstroke was carefully thought out to faithfully transmit the logo. Additionally, the final moment of unveiling the logo in the video was incredibly rewarding as it encapsulates all the effort and dedication put into the project. FIBA
