    MUNICH (Germany) - The curtain came down on the EuroLeague Women First Round and there were plenty of ballers who lit it up on the last game day of the first phase.

    Emma Meesseman showed her quality as usual in Fenerbahce Opet colors as they breezed past KGHM BC Polkowice 90-61. The forward showed her full range of skills with an excellent 13 points, 9 assists, 7 rebounds and 4 steals. That helped her to accumulate the highest performance efficiency valuation of the week at 28.

    ZVVZ USK Praha collected a vibrant 100-85 home victory against Umana Reyer Venezia, despite the best efforts of the impressive Dragana Stankovic for the visitors. The Serbian was on fire and shot 89 percent from the field en-route to 18 points and also weighed in with 8 boards.

    But the Spanish one-two punch of Maria Conde and Maite Cazorla got it done for Praha, with the former racking up 18 points, 7 assists and 4 steals, while her teammate collected 18 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds.

    Wrapping up a Spanish-centric lineup, Maria Araujo was the best performer for the unbeaten CBK Mersin as they eased past Olympiacos 87-58. The forward enjoyed a perfect shooting night as she netted 14 points and also added 6 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals.
