MUNICH (Germany) - The lineup for the EuroCup Women Quarter-Finals is now complete, following the conclusion of a dramatic Round of 16 phase, on Thursday.
2015 winners Villeneuve d'Ascq LM came through a triple-overtime classic in a second leg triumph over Movistar Estudiantes, with last season's runners-up Besiktas JK awaiting next after surviving a comeback from UFAB 49.
LDLC ASVEL Feminin overturned a five-point deficit to defeat Galatasaray Cagdas Factoring in a repeat of the 2023 Finals, while top-seeded DVTK HUNTHERM were knocked out by Spanish side BAXI Ferrol.
The last eight matchups are as follows:
BAXI Ferrol (ESP) vs BDS Dinamo Sassari (ITA) LDLC ASVEL Feminin (FRA) vs Spar Girona (ESP) BLMA (FRA) vs Sopron Basket (HUN) Villeneuve d'Ascq LM (FRA) vs Besiktas JK (TUR)
As in the previous rounds, the ties will be played across two legs with the highest-seeded team - as per the Regular Season ranking - earning home advantage for the second leg.
The Quarter-Finals are scheduled to be played on February 20 and 27 with dates and times to be confirmed.
