Media Accreditation

All media representatives wishing to cover any of the games taking place during the windows of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers should apply online via the FIBA Media Portal.

Media accreditation for a window will generally open one month before the beginning of the window. All dates will be published on our FIBA Media Centre.

The National Federation hosting a game will be responsible for the delivery of the accreditation decisions for any home game.

The media accreditation process for the February 2024 window of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers is now underway.

Window 1 (February 2024)

Non-rights holders may apply only through the FIBA Media Portal; the deadline to apply is February 20 (23:59 CET).

Rights holding broadcasters should do not apply through the Portal, but consult with FIBA Media at broadcastoperations@fibamedia.com.

IMPORTANT to note that your application will be processed by the Media Officer of the host team of the game for which you will apply for credentials.The host Media Officer is also responsible for notifying you for the success of your application.

How to apply

  • 1. Log-in to the FIBA Media Portal or, if you are a new user, create a new profile;

    2. Select the event on the welcome screen or under the "My Events" section (to be found at the top of profile page);

    3. Complete all mandatory fields as necessary;

    4. Make sure that all sections are filled out correctly and the information is saved. Following registration, you should receive an accreditation submission confirmation email;

    5. Creating a profile or logging in to a previous existing account is not an application in itself; you must make certain that after your have logged in or having created a profile (account) you also proceed to apply for the event (as per steps #1-4 above);

    6. Your login details will allow you to access and modify parts of your application form up until the application deadline.

    All applicants are responsible for their travel visa, should one be required.
