Four teams remain unbeaten in the competition as France, USA, Hungary and Australia all compiled 3-0 marks to win their respective groups.
Hungary’s perfect record was pushed all the way as they completed a nail-biting 57-56 triumph over Spain, who await Canada in the bottom half of the draw.
Defending champions Australia set up a showdown with arch-rivals New Zealand after seeing off the previously unbeaten Canadians with a 64-48 victory in their last group game.
USA racked up the highest score of the tournament so far in their 107-50 success over China to set up a meeting with fellow Americas competitors Colombia, who are making their debut in Minsk.
Tournament hosts Belarus will go up against Italy, while last year's FIBA U16 Women's European Championship winners France take on Mali.
Argentina scored one of the biggest wins of the Group Phase when they outlasted Spain in overtime on Sunday and their reward for finishing second in Group C is a matchup with Latvia.
Meanwhile, an all-Asia battle will be much anticipated when Japan and China lock horns for a place in the Quarter-Finals.
