Palau is also the all-time leader in the competition in both assists and steals - looking back from the 1995 edition onwards when data was first available in these categories. Her first appearance in the competition was back in 2003 and she is currently taking part in her 10th edition of the competition, with only Semjonova having also attained that impressive feat.
The amazing journey of Palau through those 10 FIBA Women's EuroBasket events has also been documented in photos.
