STRASBOURG / VALENCIA (France/Spain) - There were a number of super displays from players competing in the Qualification to the Quarter-Finals on Monday night in Strasbourg and Valencia.

The best was posted by Jonquel Jones of Bosnia and Herzegovina as she helped them make history with their maiden appearance in the last eight of the tournament. The center was unstoppable in an 80-69 victory against Croatia as she harvested a performance efficiency of 34 after racking up a spectacular 24 points, 17 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks.

Her Bosnia and Herzegovina colleague Nikolina Babic also makes it after she was able to take care of business in the backcourt. The guard shot 72 percent from the floor and that helped her amass 16 points, while she also handed out 6 assists for good measure.

Raisa Musina lit it up for Russia as they sailed into the Quarter-Finals with a highly impressive 93-75 triumph against Slovenia. She led the way for her side with a tremendous double-double of 19 points and 14 boards.

While there was disappointment for Slovenia and Shante Evans, the forward did at least depart on an individual high after she signed off with 21 points after shooting 78 percent from the field  and grabbing 8 rebounds.

Finally, co-hosts Spain are where they wanted to be as they eased into the Quarter-Finals with a convincing 78-51 victory against Montenegro and it was founded on an excellent night for Maria Conde. She shot the lights out and never missed anything but a single free throw, going 7 of 7 for 19 points.
