    Vienna win FIBA 3x3 World Tour Wuxi 2024

    WUXI (China) - Vienna won their second World Tour of the season in Wuxi, beating Amsterdam in the final on October 2. 

    WUXI (China) - In an epic final at FIBA 3x3 World Tour Wuxi 2024 on October 2, 2024, Vienna faced off against Amsterdam in a thrilling showdown.

    With the score tied at 20-20 and just over two minutes remaining, several players from both teams struggled to convert on the critical two-point winning shot. Then, Enis Murati stepped up, hitting the Maurice Lacroix buzzer-beater to secure Vienna's second World Tour win of the season. 

    Murati finished the game with 12 points and 2 rebounds, while tournament MVP Quincy Diggs grabbed 7 rebounds. Post-game, Diggs shared and said, “What a game. Our positivity was key to winning this contest. We also kept encouraging each other to box out and secure those rebounds. These mindsets helped us clinch the win, and we hope to grow from here.”

    In the individual contests, Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy’s Steve Sir triumphed in the shoot-out competition, while the dunk contest was won by Li Yong Kang.
