SANTO DOMINGO - Rafael Uribe was re-elected to a new term as President of the Dominican Republic Basketball Federation (Fedombal) in an electoral process that was held at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center.
The repeating President took a total of 30 votes of the 32 possible, and was declared the winner by the Electoral Commission.
The new administrarion for the 2016-20, is led by President Rafael Uribe; Israel Altagracia, Jose Mercedes Acosta and Trinidad Enmanuel Puello, vice-presidents; and Andrew Tejeda Cess Osiris and César Pérez Samboy will repeat as general secretary and treasurer.
Nelson Saldivar, co-secretary general; José Esteban Borrome, co-treasurer; and members William Grano de Oro, Abdy Rafael Cuevas and Jose Castillo Justo Pepén.
