MIES (Switzerland) - With her crazy athleticism, wingspan and skills, Dominque Malonga is on track to be one of the best players in the women's global game and is capturing the attention of fans by throwing down dunks.
Her ability to go above the rim was highlighted on social channels even earlier in her career when still a kid competing at the youth level.
But now the 18-year-old is doing it on the professional stage after she dunked for the unbeaten LDLC ASVEL Feminin in EuroCup Women this week.
The club noted in a social media post that it was the first-ever dunk by a French women's basketball player.
And as if the dunk was not enough, Malonga is putting up some seriously towering and eye-popping numbers too. The teenager finished with a 23-point and 10-rebound double-double.
Her potential can also be underlined by the fact that this season with ASVEL, she is averaging a season double-double too in EuroCup Women of 18.5 points and 11.3 boards per contest.
Ready to turn 19-years-old in November, her epic upwards trajectory is set to continue and of course Malonga already has an Olympic silver medal with France on her resume.
