    Six pass FIBA Africa's 3x3 Referee Course

    ABIDJAN - Six of eight candidates from five African countries have successfully concluded a two-day FIBA 3x3 referee courses held in Cotonou (Benin) and Antananarivo (Madagascar).

    ABIDJAN - Six of eight candidates from five African countries have successfully concluded a two-day FIBA 3x3 referee courses held in Cotonou (Benin) and Antananarivo (Madagascar). 

    Under the tutelage of instructor Vlad Ghizdareanu from Romania, Egypt's Sara Gamal Elsharnouby and Karim Sayed Soliman, Abdoul Barrie Batigma of Togo, Nigerian Simon Evbuomwan, Benin's Silver Jacques Houngbedji and Dinah Kemunto Mayaka from Kenya became the latest FIBA 3x3 licensed referees.

    While the first course took place in Madagascar from July 28-29, the second session of the 14th edition of FIBA 3x3 referees course was held in Benin from August 16-17.
