    MOSCOW (Superleague) - Svetislav Pesic has resigned as coach of Dynamo Moscow just days after the Russian giants were eliminated by his former club Akasvayu Girona in the semi-finals of the ULEB Cup.

    Pesic, who led Akasvayu to EuroCup glory last year, had signed a two-year contract with the Russian outfit in the summer.

    Dynamo are fifth in Russia’s Superleague with one game remaining in the regular season.

    Pesic, 60, has won numerous titles in his career, including at the 2002 FIBA World Championship as coach of Yugoslavia.
