MUNICH (Germany) - Just 16 teams will continue their EuroCup Women season into 2025 after a dramatic opening round of the Play-Offs.
There will be a repeat of the 2023 Finals in the Round of 16 as former winners LDLC ASVEL Feminin and Galatasaray Cagdas Factoring meet in a mouth-watering tie, while 2015 champions Villeneuve d'Ascq LM also advanced.
NKA Universitas Pecs pulled off the biggest upset in terms of seeding in the Play-Off Round 1, as they eliminated Greek side Olympiacos, despite losing the second leg by 18 points on the road.
The confirmed Round of 16 matchups are as follows:

Action will resume in the competition in January with the first leg ties in the Round of 16 scheduled on January 9, with the return legs taking place the following week. The teams that were seeded higher from the Regular Season will have home advantage for the second leg.
Of the remaining teams, there are six different countries represented with four clubs each from France, Hungary and Spain, two from Türkiye and one from both Germany and Italy.
