GENEVA/ISTANBUL (FIBA World Championship) – With the deadline for application for accreditation to this summer’s FIBA World Championship in Turkey one week away, interested media are reminded to finalise their applications.
The application process, which requires all media wishing to attend the Championship to fill in and submit an online application form, has been open since December 2009 and will close on 1st June 2010.
Requests received after this date WILL NOT be taken into consideration.
Access restricted, the registration portal is protected by the following password (case sensitive): FIBA*2010.
Please note that the application process is an online service only; it will not be possible to obtain accreditation for this event by any other means.
The form is available at www.fiba.basketball/media-accreditation.
We would like to remind you that the online registration form is an application only and accordingly does not guarantee accreditation to the event. FIBA and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) will inform all applicants of the success of their requests no later than 15th June 2010.
