If anyone is going to get the Cats over the line in the Qualifiers after their rocky start in the first window a year ago, it's the jewel in their crown. Meesseman continues to be a colossus and a legend, having impressed with phenomenal displays at Paris 2024 and now lighting it up at club level for Fenerbahce Opet. She really is just unguardable at times.

    2. Gabby Williams - France (+3)

    SMALL FORWARD

Birth Date: September 9, 1996 Height: 5ft 11in / 1.80 cm Club: Fenerbahce Opet (TUR)

Having missed the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2023 with injury, Williams has returned to star with the national team brilliantly this current calendar year. Exceptional at Paris 2024, she was the driving force behind their near golden Olympic campaign and a tour de force at both ends of the floor. The forward is now the number one leader for France.

    3. Satou Sabally - Germany (+3)

    POWER FORWARD

    Birth Date: April 25, 1998 Height: 6ft 3in / 1.90 cm

Sensational for Germany at Paris 2024, Sabally put up some eye-popping displays as they made their debut. The forward was unstoppable in the opener against Belgium on a famous night when they got an historic first win. Her power inside and extended shooting range makes her a nightmare for opponents, with massive numbers inevitable.

    SHOOTING GUARD

    Birth Date: January 21, 1995 Height: 5ft 10in / 1.77cm Club: CBK Mersin (TUR)

    5. Leonie Fiebich - Germany (+8)

    SHOOTING GUARD / SMALL FORWARD

    Birth Date: January 10, 2000 Height: 6ft 4in / 1.92 cm

It's a big move up from the 2023 list after her brilliant rookie EuroLeague Women season at Casademont Zaragoza, as well as winning silverware on the other side of the Atlantic. She's a real power for Germany and has been the main baller for them in recent times. Dynamic, versatile and always a threat, her rise to prominence really has been amazing.

    6. Alina Iagupova - Ukraine (-2)
