PAN - Pinnock and Douglas will join Panama squad

 WIN a trip to the FIBA World Championship Finals weekend

PANAMA CITY (FIBA World Championship) - Danilo Pinnock and Ruben Douglas, have both confirmed today their participation with the Panama National team for the upcoming FIBA World Championship to be held in Japan from august 19th to september 3rd.

Pinnock has just finished an NBA camp with the Los Angeles Lakers as he was chosen in the recent draft on the 58rh pick, and Ruben Douglas has done a great job with the Phoenix Suns of the NBA in the last summer camp held in Las Vegas.

Both players will considerably improve the Panama National Team which will also count with Center Ruben Garces, and point guard Eduardo Cota that participated in the last Central American and Caribbean Basketball Championship held in Panama from july 4th to july 8th, and which Panama won with a 5-0 record.

Both players will join the team in the first days of august, as the team has a tournament in Croatia and Macedonia previous to the FIBA World Championship. Panama is in group B with Spain, Angola, Germany, New Zealand and host Japan.
