    All-Star Five Announced

    MANGILAO (Guam) – The FIBA U15 Oceania Championship Men’s All-Star Five has been announced with players from Australia, Guam, and New Zealand featuring.

    Dash Daniels - Australia

    Averaging 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assist a game, Daniels on-court leadership and game smarts played a pivotal roll in Australia’s success.  His ability to analyse and react to situations in a timely manner, separated him from his teammates with his incredible basketball sense.

     

    Nash Walker - Australia

    One of the most prolific guards at the tournament, Walker averaged 15.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2 assist per game.  His composure and ability to control plays put Australia in commanding positions each game making it impossible for other teams to shut him and his team down.

     

    Oscar Goodman – New Zealand

    One of the top performers and scorers for New Zealand, Goodman averaged 10.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and X1.8assists per game.  The 6’66” power forward showed his ability both ends of the court with impressive offensive and defensive structure as well as an impressive dunking game that features in the tournament highlight reels.

     

    Noah Hernandez – Guam

    Guam’s top performer, point scorer, rebounder and second in assists, Hernandez had a consistent tournament to assist his team in winning bronze.  Averaging 12 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists, he stood as a tall forward for Guam inspiring them when they needed it the most to keep pushing.

    Hayden Jones – New Zealand

    With an average of 9.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists, Jones epitomised what a solid shooting guard is capable of.  Captaining the New Zealand contingent, his leadership on the court kept the team on track during tough matches.
