Nico Kaltenbrunner named FIBA 3x3 World Tour Almaty MVP

ALMATY (Kazakhstan) - Vienna star Nico Kaltenbrunner was pivotal, paving the way for his side’s stop win at the as he took home MVP honors at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Almaty 2024 on July 14. 

Kaltenbrunner had been the engine for his side all tournament, scoring a joint-high 24 points for Vienna before the final. His additional 7 points in the final proved to be pivotal. He finished with a player value of 45.4, a team-high as well. He earned the event’s MVP award.
