BAMBERG (Germany) - World champions Germany took care of business and booked their spot in the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 as they worked through a head coaching change during the Qualifiers before locking up their 15th consecutive appearance on the continental stage.
Unexpected defeats to Bulgaria and Sweden earlier in the campaign meant the Germans were one of the last nations to confirm their berth at the flagship event, but left no doubts in the final window, defeating Montenegro on the road and Bulgaria at home for a 4-2 record in Group D.
