The USA forward cleans up on the glass in the Quarter-Finals.

LEON (Mexico) - McKenna Woliczko has put her name up in lights by equaling the highest number of rebounds taken by any USA player at the FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup.

The forward went to work in the paint during the Quarter-Finals against Japan as she claimed 17 boards in the 95-59 success, to go along with 16 points and 3 assists.

It means she is tied with Aquira DeCosta who achieved the feat at the 2016 edition in Zaragoza, Spain.

Jerzy Robinson netted 29 for USA against Japan

Woliczko's teammate Jerzy Robinson also had a night to remember as she came within just one point of equaling the all-time individual scoring record for USA at the U17 WWC.

The guard dropped 29 points and was so close to the 30 scored by Breanna Stewart against Japan in 2010.
