Zisis had an MRI which confirmed the 25-year old guard has a second degree acromioclavicular injury.

Greece coach Panagiotis Yannakis, meanwhile, has given the players several days off after the semi-final win over Puerto Rico that clinched a spot in the Beijing Games.

They are to gather again, however, on Thursday to start the preparations for the Olympics.

After Germany’s win over Puerto Rico on Sunday, Greece were drawn in Group B with the Germans, Team USA, Spain, China and Angola.

Greece are expected to play in two friendlies in China.
