VIDNOE (2015 FIBA U19 Women's World Championship) - Spain captain Laia Flores led her team to a 73-68 success against Netherlands to book a Quarter-Final slot at the 2015 FIBA U19 Women's World Championship.

Turning point: With the game on the line, Flores led by example down the stretch with a big left-handed lay-up which was followed by a big three-pointer with just over two minutes remaining. That made it a two-possession game and it was her free-throw with 15 seconds left that kept Netherlands at bay.

Stats Don't Lie: Spain did a great job looking after the basketball and gave up only 12 turnovers and therefore just four points from that particular source.

Game Heroes: Flores finished with 18 points, a tally that was matched by FIBA Europe Young Women's Player of the Year, Angela Salvadores. Meanwhile Helena Orts had a nice 12 points and 11 rebounds.

The Bottom Line: Netherlands will feel aggrieved to find themselves in the Classification Round as this was a game they could and some may even say should have won. But they just didn't get it done during crunch time and execute enough plays. Spain rode their luck but deserve big credit for bouncing back from their loss against China and will now play Belgium and be backing themselves to make the Semi-Finals.
