MUNICH (Germany) - The schedule for FIBA EuroBasket 2025 has been finalized, with game times confirmed for both the Group Phase and the Final Phase.
The 24 participating nations were sorted into four groups of six teams each at last month's draw in the Latvian capital Riga, and the full schedule is now set after factoring in the preferred tip-off times of the four host nations, as well as FIBA's broadcast partners.
Action at the 42nd edition of the tournament will commence on Wednesday, August 27 with six games across Group A in Riga, Latvia and Group B in Tampere, Finland.
The first game of FIBA EuroBasket 2025 will feature a Group B showdown between Great Britain and Lithuania, tipping off at 12:30 CET (13:30 local) at Tampere Deck Arena.
Joining the action a day later, teams in Group C (Limassol, Cyprus) and Group D (Katowice, Poland), will get their campaigns underway on Thursday, August 28.
The Group Phase is set to conclude on Thursday, September 4, with the top four teams from each group advancing to the Round of 16, which will see all qualified nations continue the competition in Riga for the Final Phase.
The champions will be crowned on Sunday, September 14, with the Final set to tip off at 20:00 CET (21:00 local) at Arena Riga.
