    Oradea knock out Reggio Emilia; Arged BMSLAM Stal, Parma also advance to Final Four

    MUNICH (Germany) - Three of the Final Four teams in this season's FIBA Europe Cup have been decided after an eventful night of Quarter-Finals action.

    MUNICH (Germany) - Three of the Final Four teams in this season's FIBA Europe Cup have been decided after an eventful night of Quarter-Finals action.

    BC Parma await the winner of Friday's tie between Iraklis BC and Ironi Ness Ziona, while CSM CSU Oradea and Arged BMSLAM Stal booked a Semi-Final showdown with seven-point victories. 

    Oradea were triumphant on home soil as they battled past UNAHOTELS Reggio Emilia to win 71-64. Garlan Green top-scored with 15 points including a second triple during an 11-4 burst in the final period that would prove decisive.

    Brandon Taylor was one of four Reggio Emilia players in double figures with 18 points as their campaign came to an end as they miss out on the chance to add to the two previous winning teams from Italy.

    Arged BMSLAM Stal won every quarter on their way to a 73-66 success against Belfius Mons-Hainaut with the Belgian side unable to repeat their fourth-quarter heroics from the Round of 16.

    James Florence paced his side with 16 points off the bench with three starters in double figures to help book a spot amongst the Final Four. The lead hit double figures in the second period - but never climbed above 12 - as Mons-Hainaut managed to close within three in the fourth, before Jaroslaw Mokros responded with back-to-back scores from beyond the arc.

    BC Parma were the third team to make it through with a convincing 84-62 win over BC Balkan, in Botevgrad. The Russian side made a strong start and never relinquished a lead that peaked at 25 points as they maintained an unbeaten record.

    Adas Juskevicius led the charge with an 18-point haul with his side shooting at 66-percent from inside the arc with all 12 players getting onto the scoresheet in the win.

    The last eight action concludes on Friday with a matchup between Iraklis BC and Ironi Ness Ziona, with the Final Four stage set for the end of April to determine the fifth winner of the FIBA Europe Cup.
