After falling short in Qualification Round 1 of the Basketball Champions League, the teams will be placed directly in the Group Phase of the FIBA Europe Cup, as determined by the draw.
Tsmoki-Minsk (BLR), AEK Larnaca (CYP), Leicester Riders (GBR), Szolnoki Olaj and CSU Oradea (ROU) arrive to the competition having won national titles last season, while Z Mobile Prishtina (KOS), FC Porto (POR) finished as runners-up.
The only other inbound team, Avtodor Saratov (RUS) also enjoyed a strong domestic campaign in the 2017-18 season, placing 5th in a highly competitive VTB United League.
A fair number of spots remain to be filled in the 32-team Regular Season, with the remaining 18 vacancies to be confirmed via the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifiers and other incoming teams from the Basketball Champions League.
