MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) - Bakken Bears forward Jeffrey Crockett snatched up the Top Performer honors for the maiden week of the FIBA Europe Cup Second Round after guiding his side to a victorious start on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old American player turned in a solid display on the road against Tsmoki-Minsk with 17 points and 9 rebounds, as the Danish champions came out on top 86-85 in a hard-fought game in Belarus.

Crockett was 6-of-8 from the field and didn't miss from the free-throw stripe, while also adding an assist, a steal and a block for a league-high efficiency index of 27.

The mark was also shared by Christopher Horton of Alba Fehervar, who had his best game of the season in international play with 20 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks.

However, the Hungarian side fell short against Nevezis in a 90-87 overtime loss away from home in Kedainiai.

Demir Insaat point guard Erving Walker had the third-best performance this week after setting a new FIBA Europe Cup season record in three-pointers made and torching Egis Kormend with 29 points.

The player went 8-of-11 from three-point range and an additional 5-of-6 from the free-throw line to register his highest-scoring game of the campaign, having previously reached the 20-point mark only once before, back in Qualification Round 2.

The Walker-led Istanbul side began the Second Round with a 79-72 win over Kormend.

Gintautas Matulis of Nevezis also landed a spot among the Top Performers after setting new personal season-highs with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals in his team's overtime win against Alba Fehervar.

Tsmoki-Minsk guard Devon Saddler rounded out the list with a 19-point, 5-rebound and 2-assist display in a losing effort against Bakken Bears.
