ELBASAN (Albania) - There will be seven teams battling it out to be crowned winners of the FIBA U18 EuroBasket, Division C in Elbasan, Albania from July 23-28.
Cyprus won it all in 2023 after prevailing in the Final against Monaco, as Stefanos Tigkas captured MVP honors.
That was Cyprus's third title in the history of the competition, and they surpassed Albania and Andorra who have two trophies next to their name.
