Having led by 15 at half-time, Finland needed a strong fourth quarter to hold off their opponents and take the title behind 21 points, 16 rebounds and 3 blocks from MVP Awak Kuier.
Finland took control in the second quarter with a 19-5 period to open up a 35-20 cushion at the break. Back came Greece with a strong response after half-time, but their efforts came up short.
Meanwhile, Turkey secured a return to Division A after beating Sweden 65-57 to claim third place as they made up for missing out 12 months ago with fourth place in 2018.
