MUNICH (Germany) - Sandrine Gruda has been named EuroLeague Women MVP for the month of November after inspiring Famila Beretta Schio to a pair of impressive victories during this time period.

The center takes the honor after coming up with some eye-catching numbers, as well as showing all the various elements of her renowned leadership and experience on the court.

The French ace was firstly instrumental in taking Schio to a hard-fought and nail-biting 64-60 home success against her former team, Fenerbahce Safiport, at the start of November. She then wrapped up a highly productive month by starring in a comprehensive 93-74 road triumph at Dynamo Kursk.

Gruda shot the lights out in both games, converting an outstanding 86 percent from the field en route to averaging 21 points per game. She also contributed 7.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 3.0 blocks per outing, which resulted in a stellar performance efficiency valuation of 32 per game.

The timing of the award is fitting, since the Schio standout recently climbed to third place in the EuroLeague Women modern era rebounding chart and is now eyeing up second spot in the scoring table too.
