EuroLeague Women Final Four field confirmed
MUNICH (Germany) - The field for the EuroLeague Women Final Four has been set, with UMMC Ekaterinburg, Dynamo Kursk, ZVVZ USK Praha and Sopron Basket all sweeping their respective Quarter-Final series.
MUNICH (Germany) - The field for the EuroLeague Women Final Four has been set, with UMMC Ekaterinburg, Dynamo Kursk, ZVVZ USK Praha and Sopron Basket all sweeping their respective Quarter-Final series with road wins on Friday.
It is the first time since 2011 that all Quarter-Finals have finished 2-0, with no decisive third game needed.
ZVVZ USK Praha return to the season-ending tournament following a one-year absence, while UMMC Ekaterinburg, Dynamo Kursk and Sopron Basket also played in last year's Final Four.
In the Semi-Finals, defending champions UMMC Ekaterinburg will take on Sopron Basket in a rematch of the 2018 Final, while ZVVZ USK Praha will face Dynamo Kursk.
The Semi-Finals are scheduled for April 12, with the Third-Place Game and Final capping off the season on April 14.
An announcement will be made later in March, in regards to which of the four contestants will host the Final Four.
