    The wait is over: Stewart to finally take first EuroLeague Women steps

    KURSK (EuroLeague Women) - Having spent her overseas career in China, Breanna Stewart has revealed that she is heading to Russia for the 2018-19 club season.

    KURSK (EuroLeague Women) - Having spent her overseas career in China, Breanna Stewart has revealed that she is heading to Russia for the 2018-19 club season.

    Speaking to ESPN, she revealed that she has already signed a contract with Dynamo Kursk and that means she will finally get to play in EuroLeague Women.

    While fans have enjoyed watching her play for the USA and in the WNBA with Seattle,  the move will be a huge boost not only to the locals in Kursk, but also followers of EuroLeague Women in general, as another global superstar joins the tournament.

    The anticipation  ahead of Stewart 's pending move will be huge, with many fans having waited a long time for her to finally take her first footsteps in the competition.

    There is also the added dimension of her trying to help Dynamo Kursk to recapture the crown they relinquished to the now reigning champions and arch domestic rivals, UMMC Ekaterinburg.
