There was an eye-catching 102-62 success for UMMC at the DIVS Arena as they swept aside Dynamo Kursk with surprising ease in a brilliant display.
They shot an eye-popping 65 percent from the floor as home fans reveled in seeing their side stroll past their scheduled EuroLeague Women Final Four Semi-Final opponents next month. Alba Torrens top scored with 20 points, while frontcourt duo Brittney Griner and Emma Meesseman shared 38 points.
Gereben helps KSC Szekszard pip Sopron to Hungarian Cup
There was a nail-biting Cup Final in Hungary between leading sides Sopron Basket and KSC Szekszard, with the latter managing to seal a tense but memorable 66-64 victory.

A blistering 31 points from Ukraine national team star Alina Iagupova was the other headline performance in the Turkish League as the swingman inspired Cukurova to a thrilling 81-80 win against Istanbul giants, Fenerbahce. The most impressive result of the weekend came for leaders Artego Bydgoszcz, who prevailed 53-66 at reigning champions Sleaza Wroclaw, helped by 16 points and 8 rebounds from Serbian center, Dragana Stankovic.
ESBVA-LM suffer surprise loss
Eighth-placed Nantes Reze claimed the scalp of second-placed ESBVA-LM in the French League as Nayo Raincock-Ekunwe racked up 18 points in a 69-62 home win. It meant Carolo Basket were able to draw level with ESBVA-LM after 20 points from Kaleena Lewis inspired a comfortable 83-64 triumph at home to Basket Landes.
Leaders Bourges beat fellow EuroLeague Women entrants BLMA by 69-62, with 18 points from Sugar Rodgers not enough for the visitors who were looking to improve on sixth place. Bourges now look to be a lock for the Regular Season title.
