    Play-Off Round 1 First Leg Top Performers: Smith, Pulvere, Holmes, Scherf, January

    MUNICH (Germany) - The Play-Off Round 1 came brilliantly into focus during this past week as the first leg games threw up some exceptional standout displays from an array of ballers.

    But who did the most to impress? 

    Nalyssa Smith had a night to remember for Galatasaray Cagdas Factoring as she put up a stunning 31 points -  her highest of the campaign - to help her team take a 90-90 draw at MB Zaglebie Sosnowiec. Smith produced the highest performance efficiency valuation of the week at 37 having also racked up 12 rebounds.

    In the same game, it was Jessica January who showed her best face for Sosnowiec as the guard starred in the contest with 19 points and completed a double-double by passing the rock a super 12 times. 

    Ieva Pulvere brought the noise for TTT Riga as they left Greece with a vibrant 72-53 win at Olympiacos SFP, All of her experience and class was in evidence as she registered 23 points, 6 steals, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. 

    Melikgazi Kayseri could be about to coast into the next stage of the competition after Joyner Holmes put them on the path towards that outcome by lighting it up as they tore down Movistar Estudiantes 81-55. The American forward pocketed 24 points and 11 rebounds - plus 3 assists.

    Lauren Scherf used all of her size and strength to superb effect for Flammes Carolo Basket as they ended up with a 71-71 draw against Roche Vendee Basket. It might have been a loss had the towering center not scored 23 points from 75 percent shooting and also claimed 13 rebounds.
