SZEKSZARD (Hungary) - Raquel Carrera has cause for double celebration after the 19-year old was handed Semi-Finals Top Performer honors for catapulting Valencia Basket to their first EuroCup Women Final.

The young forward caught fire early in the 80-68 win against Carolo Basket and never looked back as she accumulated 22 points in a superb shooting performance that saw her go 8-of-10 from the field. She also added 8 rebounds and grabbed 3 steals to underline her importance defensively.

Carrera is joined in the lineup by her teammate Celeste Trahan-Davis who also impressed against the French side. The center weighed in with 15 points as she also shot clinically while adding 3 rebounds.

Carolo Basket will have to put their disappointment behind them for the Third Place Game against KSC Szekszard and will be looking to Tima Pouye to inspire them. She caught the eye in defeat against Valencia with 16 points and 7 rebounds.

Reyer Venezia are looking forward to their second-ever Final appearance and potential historic first EuroCup Women trophy after Yvonne Anderson and Elisa Penna were driving forces behind a 63-58 success against KSC Szekszard.

The former harvested 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists, while Penna was influential with 10 points, 5 boards and 3 steals.
