    CLUJ-NAPOCA (FIBA EuroBasket 2017) - Croatia stayed close throughout the game, but Spain celebrated a 79-73 win that sees them collect 10 straight FIBA EuroBasket wins. Defending champions won Group C.

    CLUJ-NAPOCA (FIBA EuroBasket 2017) - Croatia stayed close throughout the game, but Spain celebrated a 79-73 win that sees them collect 10 straight FIBA EuroBasket wins. The defending champions have also won Group C, and will subsequently head to the Round of 16 as the number one seed from the group. This was Spain's 1000th national team game, and their 674th win.

    It was a one-point game heading into the final minute, and the teams traded baskets until Juancho Hernangomez decided to put a stop to it by blocking Bojan Bogdanovic's late lefty lay-up. Ricky Rubio was Spain's leading scorer with 13 points, Dario Saric had 18, 13 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals for Croatia, who have dropped to 3-1, but will still finish second in the group.
