    Shved's confidence pays off, as Russia down Group D hosts Turkey

    The 28-year-old Russian guard finished the game with a team-high 22 points and dished out 4 assists, while Timofey Mozgov was the only other player in double figures on the team with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks.

    Cedi Osman came up with a big performance for Turkey, leading the game in scoring with 28 points, while also adding 7 rebounds, 7 steals and 4 assists. Erkan Veyseloglu and Semih Erden chipped in with 11 points apiece.
