    ISTANBUL (2010 FIBA World Championship) - Spain international Felipe Reyes has flown to Madrid to undergo treatment for a neck injury.

    Reyes, who dominated on the boards and had a game-high 10 rebounds in Spain's 80-72 triumph over Greece on Saturday night,  got hurt in the game but should play against Serbia on Wednesday in their FIBA World Championship Quarter-Final.

    A statement from the FEB read: "In agreement with the medical services of the Spanish Basketball Federation and Real Madrid, it has been decided that Reyes will travel to the Spanish capital to undergo treatment that he usually receives because this is a recurring injury.

    "It is expected that the Real Madrid player will return to Istanbul on Monday, join the team and be available to Sergio Scariolo for the important Quarter-Final game against Serbia on Wednesday."
