    TRIPOLI (Afrobasket 2009) - Rwanda continue its giant killing stride at the Africa Union Hall in Tripoli with an 82-69 bashing of 2007 runner-up, Cameroon in their last group-F game.

    The Rwandan will still wait for the final table as the win does not give them automatic qualification for the quarter-finals.

    Cameroon who won the first quarter by 18-09 points giving its fans hope of a successful outing against the Rwandans who boasted by the first jump-ball of the 2009 edition of the championship last Wednesday that they are in Libya to make some statement that they are indeed a force to reckon with in Africa basketball are living the dream even if they eventually were edged out.

    Rwanda came into the second quarter with great force and determination not to be disgraced winning the quarter by 20-14 for a half-time score of 32-29 points in favour of Cameroon.

    Things, however, started changing in favour of the Rwandese side when it won the third quarter by 18-09 points before taking the last quarter by 35-28 for a cumulative score-line of 82-69 points.
