Who's going to be your pick?

    Julie Barennes (Basket Landes)

Birth Date: February 09, 1986 (39 years old) Season Record: 8-8 Starting out in the Qualifiers and with no guarantee of a Regular Season ticket, Barennes masterminded her team's safe navigation to the main stage. She then ensured that Basket Landes continued their reputation as underdogs punching above their weight with a fantastic run to the post-season and the Quarter-Final Play-Ins.

    Georgios Dikaioulakos (Beretta Famila Schio)

Birth Date: January 26, 1969 (56 years old) Season Record: 9-5 The 2023 winner of the award is in contention to pick up the honor for a second time after taking Schio to the end of season big show in Prague two years ago. While it took his team a little time to get rolling, Schio have been one of the form teams of 2025 and almost landed directly in the Semi-Finals after pushing Fenerbahce all the way during the Play-Ins.

    Valerie Garnier (Fenerbahce Opet)

Birth Date: January 9, 1965 (60 years old) Season Record: 12-0 Having lifted the title last season, Garnier is now fixed firmly on delivering a three-peat for Fenerbahce and is on course after a fabulous campaign. The Istanbul juggernauts are yet to taste defeat and when they have been put under pressure at times, they have dig out vital wins and now head into Final Six as the clear favorites.

    Olivier Lafargue (Tango Bourges Basket)

Birth Date: August 8, 1976 (48 years old) Season Record: 8-6 It's been a highly competitive season for Bourges. Last summer they did not necessarily look like being an obvious lock to end up with either a winning season record or to make the Play-Ins. But that is exactly what coach Lafargue has delivered for the French club in what has been an eye-catching campaign.

    Ruben Burgos (Valencia Basket Club)

Birth Date: June 9, 1979 (45 years old) Season Record: 8-4 Burgos has carried Valencia Basket Club to their first ever Semi-Finals spot and that historic accomplishment is the headline of this season's resume - unless an even better chapter still lies in wait. There were some bumps in the road, but coach Burgos has handled it all and delivered the club and fans a coveted last four spot.

    Natalia Hejkova (ZVVZ USK Praha)

Birth Date: April 07, 1954 (70 years old) Season Record: 7-5 The FIBA Hall of Famer is about to call time on her stellar career, having won the title five times. A decade after delivering Praha their most glorious night with maiden silverware, could a fairytale ending be in store? With major injuries for a lot of this season, Hejkova has used all her experience to take Praha to the Quarter-Finals.
