The Concepcion-based team overcame Universidad de Chile 97-71 in their first fixture before beating Puente Alto 107-105 and Universidad Catolica 73-52.
Jorge Valencia was the top-scorer with 27 points in that game, while he poured in 33 on Sunday when they routed Universidad de las Americas 94-53.
Puente Alto and Deportivo Aleman are just one point behind the leaders.
Puente Alto hit Deportivo Espanol 77-64 this weekend with Felipe Ziegele scoring 17 points, while they also saw off Boston College 82-72 with 24 points each for Felipe Ziegele and Ignacio Luvizetto.
Rodolfo Caceres' Deportivo Aleman, meanwhile, defeated Universidad de las Americas 89-71 on Saturday and Universidad Catolica 78-75 one day later.
The defending Centro-Sur league champions, Liceo Mixto, are also unbeaten so far but have played a game less than the table-toppers.
Pablo Ares's team hit Catolica 84-76 and Universidad de las Americas 98-80 in their opening two fixtures.
And on Saturday night, they destroyed winless Villa Moderna 125-62 with Rodrigo Espinoza in superb form pouring in 25 points.
Fifth spot in the standings belongs to Deportivo Espanol, who beat Universidad de Chile 74-58 as visitors on Sunday thanks to 20 points from Juan Tejera.
