KENNY WILLIAMS LOOKS SET FOR A BIG WEEK
It's the second week of the Play-Ins and there are great opportunities to flesh out your roster throughout all the teams in the action this week.
However, like the Tommaso Baldasso pick last week, we are looking to attack a fixture and in this case, it's Promitheas Patras BC Vikos Cola looking to close out their series at home against a Karsiyaka team that will be without the majority of the roster they started the season with.
And the Promitheas player we are especially interested in is their shooting guard Kenny Williams.
Williams will only cost you 7.6 of your 55 efficiency points, but his recent form combined with Promitheas's extra motivation to close out this series early makes him an intriguing fantasy asset.
His season averages are 22.7 minutes, 9.4 points, 1.6 assists, and 50 percent shooting overall with a respectable 36.8 percent from behind the arc. The first game against Karsiyaka saw him beat those averages with 12 points and 4 rebounds whilst shooting 43 percent from deep on seven attempts.
Throughout his 41-game long BCL career, Williams has had three 20+ point games, and two of them were against Karsiyaka, 20 points in October 2022, and 23 in March 2024.
His previous BCL game against ERA Nymburks on December 17 was even better, as he put up 15 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist whilst again shooting 43 percent from deep.
His good form seems to have continued domestically for Promitheas as well. On January 11 against Aris in the Greek League, he put up 15 points and 3 assists whilst shooting 80 percent from the great beyond.
Williams looks very likely to continue his hot shooting in the second leg against Karsiyaka on Wednesday, January 15, and as we said earlier, will only cost 7.6 of your efficiency points, leaving 47.4 points to spend on the rest of your roster.
At that price point, he looks like a great value option for your team to help you get a better chance of promotion through divisions or even better, get the bragging rights in your group of other BCL Fantasy game contestants.
