    Final Four pairings confirmed

    The Basketball Champions League Final Four pairings have been set, following the completion of a draw on Wednesday afternoon in Antwerp.

    ANTWERP (Belgium) – The Basketball Champions League Final Four pairings have been set, following the completion of a draw on Wednesday afternoon in Antwerp.

    Four teams, representing four different countries, will be participating in the pinnacle event of Basketball Champions League’s third season which will be played over the first weekend of May in Antwerp, city host of Telenet Giants Antwerp, winner of this season's Belgian Cup and currently in the second position of the Belgian League.

    Together with the Belgian host, the other three qualified clubs complete a very competitive Final Four line-up with Brose Bamberg, recent German Cup winners vs Alba Berlin, Iberostar Tenerife, first BCL champions, and Segafredo Virtus Bologna, historical powerhouse among the most titled clubs in Europe.

    The Basketball Champions League pairings are as follows:

    Semi-Final: Segafredo Virtus Bologna (ITA) v Brose Bamberg (GER): Friday 3 May, 18:30 local time (CET)
    Semi-Final: Iberostar Tenerife (ESP) v Telenet Giants Antwerp (BEL): Friday 3 May, 21:15 local time (CET)

    The Third-Place Game and the Final will take place on Sunday 5 May (tip-offs at 15:00 and 18:00 CET respectively). A media accreditation portal will be opened tomorrow, Thursday 11 April. Tickets will go on sale this Friday 12 April.
