Sertac Sanli, Dogus Balbay and Meli Mahmutoglu have featured in all eight of Turkey's Qualifiers and are again in the squad for the fifth window of Qualifiers.
Scott Wilbekin has been included in the squad but will not be available until Turkey face Montenegro. Cedi Osman and Furkan Korkmaz, two of the leading players at FIBA EuroBasket 2017 and in the last couple of windows when Turkey won all four of their games, are in the NBA and will not feature.
Turkey will jump above Spain into first place in Group I if they win their game in Ankara on November 29 but to clinch a spot in the World Cup, the 12 Giant Men must also prevail at Montenegro on December 2 and have Latvia lose at home to Montenegro or at Slovenia.
