Michele Vitali is the younger brother of Luca Vitali, who was with Italy in November and is also on the books of Brescia.

The Italy players and coaching staff will join together on February 19 in Treviso to begin training ahead of the game against the Dutch.

Italy had a promising start to their World Cup Qualifiers campaign, winning at home against Romania, 75-70, on the opening night on November 24.
