Avant Sports to become Official Supplier of FIBA 3x3 competitions, reinforcing commitment to sustainability

One of the world’s leading manufacturers in the sports leisure industry, Avant Sports (Seating) will become Official Seating Supplier for FIBA 3x3 events, underscoring both organizations' shared dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainability in the world of sports.

This partnership aligns with FIBA’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, a principle that has been at the forefront of its operations, especially after the renewal of its International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 20121 certification. This certification, which was first awarded in 2022 by the British Standards Institution (BSI), recognizes FIBA’s dedication to hosting sustainable and environmentally responsible 3x3 events globally.

The collaboration with Avant Sports (Seating) not only strengthens FIBAs ability to deliver high-quality 3x3 events but also supports its broader sustainability goals. Avant Sports, established in 1994, has consistently maintained its leadership position in the sports facilities industry by providing top-tier products and solutions to major stadiums, venues, and sports grounds worldwide. Their products, which include stadium chairs, telescopic seating systems, and metal structural bleachers, have been certified by leading international sports events, including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, F1 and the Asian Games.
