Kazakhstan vs Indonesia
After two consecutive losses, Kazakhstan need to win a game to keep their hopes of moving upwards in the ranking alive, and for that they will have to beat Indonesia, the team that had a very promising start to its campaign with two wins in as many games.
Malaysia vs Hong Kong
One of the big three in the Level II will have to fall in a direct matchup. Both Malaysia and Hong Kong had a very good start in the championship, with 2 wins in a row, but today one will need to drop a point.
Singapore vs Sri Lanka
Both teams lost their opening two games by big margins, and both will certainly want to break into the win column. Singapore are slightly favorites to win this one, but Sri Lanka can still get something out of this game.
Thailand vs China
The hosts will face the most dominant team in FIBA Asia U18 Championship for Women 2016 so far, defending champions, China. Creating unease within the opponent’s lines for the past two days, China have no other plans but to do the same against the home team.
Chinese Taipei vs India
After going down to hosts Thailand on the opening day, and after that a tough loss to China last night, India will have to pull themselves up on keep fighting in hope of grabbing the win against Chinese Taipei who also lost their opening two games.
Japan vs Korea
A game to look up to. Japan's campaign started smoothly with 2 convincing wins. Korea, meanwhile, a pre-tournament favorites to win this championship, fell badly to China on the opening day but bounced back in style yesterday to beat Chinese Taipei. Will be exciting to see which East Asian team will end up as the winner.
