    BARCELONA (Olympics) - Pepe Sanchez will go down as one of the best players ever to wear the national team shirt with Argentina after helping them capture silver at the 2002 FIBA World Championship and then gold two years later at the Olympics. Sanchez, who turns 31 on Thursday, debated long and hard about whether to play for his country this summer at the Beijing Games. He ultimately decided to relinquish his place in the side and to focus on his club career with Barcelona.
