Where and how to watch FIBA AmeriCup 2022

RECIFE (Brazil) - With the 19th edition of the AmeriCup, the most prestigious basketball competition in the Americas, taking place from 2-11 September, there have never been more ways to keep up to date with all the action happening in Recife, Brazil.

12 countries will compete at the Geraldão Arena to claim the title of the top team in the Americas region, with Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Canada, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, United States and Venezuela all competing.

Numerous games from the 2022 AmeriCup will be available through FIBA’s broadcast partners – both local and regional – across the globe. The broadcast information will be available on the live game carousel at the top of each event page, the "Game Schedule" page and the page for each separate game.

The games will be broadcast by TYC in Argentina, Globo in Brazil, DAZN in Canada, CDN Deportes in Dominican Republic, FOX in Mexico, Prodena/NEX Deportes in Panama, WAPA in Puerto Rico, ANTEL in Uruguay and TVES in Venezuela. DIRECTV will provide coverage for both Argentina and Colombia while ESPN+ will provide coverage for United State and Virgin Islands.

The 2022 AmeriCup kicks off with four games available to watch on Sept. 2, as Venezuela takes on Panama at 11:10 local time (10:10 EST), Uruguay faces Colombia at 13:30 local time (12:40 EST), Mexico and United States will battle at 17:40 local time (16:40 EST), and Brazil will close out the night facing Canada at 20:10 local time (19:10 EST).
