The decision comes after Elan Coton of Benin became the second team - after Niger's AS Nigelec - to pull out of their participation from the West Division's Group A, which was scheduled for October 13-15.
ABIDJAN (Cote d'Ivoire) - Libya's Al Alhy Benghazi and Moroccan champions FUS Rabat are qualified to the Road to BAL's Elite 16 round, FIBA Africa confirmed on Wednesday.
