A year ago, Foster not only led Libolo to a runner-up finish in Cairo, but he also was named to the ACC 2016 All-Star Five.
Now, head coach Raul Duarte made sure to bring him back.

This year's ACC is scheduled to take place in Rades, Tunisia, from December 11-20.
This is the ACC 2017 lineup: Etoile Sportive Rades (Tunisia), Kano Pillars (Nigeria), Gome Bulls (Nigeria), AS Mazembe (Democratic Republic of Congo), New Generation (DR Congo), City Oilers (Uganda), InterClube de Luanda (Angola), Sport Libolo e Benfica (Angola), Ferroviario da Beira* (Mozambique), Union Sportive Monastirienne* (Tunisia), Association Sportive Sale (Morocco) and Groupement Sportive Petroliers (Algeria).
